Delight your partner with 4 courses fusion Indian menu by our team at Maya. You can choose between Vegetarian Set for THB 2,190++ and Non-Vegetarian Set for THB 2,990++. Our chef's signature delicacies;
Vegetarian:
- Love Bite- Hollow dough ball filled with tangy apple and mixed berries salsa
- Cheese Strawberry Roulade, Beet Er Chop and Jack-Fruit Seekh– Clay Roasted slice of cottage cheese rolled with strawberry Jam. Beetroot mixed vegetable gallate with Kolkata kasundi mustard dip. Skewered jackfruit mince spiked with Indian spices
- Lotus Ring Cashew Slurry, Dal Maya, Saffron Rice and Sheermal Bread– Kashmiri style lotus root and cashewnut curry with fox seeds. Overnight cooked black lentil spiked with fenugreek leaves. Saffron rice. North Indian specaial sweet naan bread topped with saffron.
- Gangu Bai Sweet Paan– Indian frozen icecream with rose syrup, Beetroot fudge, Rose petal jam, Chocolate pearls and sweet cream
Non - Vegetarian:
- Tuna Paradise- Tangy Brunoises of tuna, fresh herbs, Lemon tart shell
- Lust Rust Chicken, Barra Chaap and Crab Lemongrass Lolly pop– Clay Roasted chicken morsels marinated with promegranate molasses and Indian spices, Traditional Kashimiri lip smacking shallow fried lamb rack, Indian spices marinated crab mince on lemongrass stick.
- Lobster Arov Mak, Dal Maya, Saffron Rice and Sheermal Bread– Kerala style coconut and tamarind flavored lobster curry. Overnight cooked black lentil spiked with fenugreek leaves. Saffron rice. North Indian special sweet naan bread topped with saffron.
